Nautec SX-L [A-60 class floating lightweight floor]

A60 class floating underfloor, fire-resistant according to IMO SOLAS A 754 (18).

This floor consists of:
– A layer of rock wool (thickness 30 mm)
– A layer of bitumen paper
– A layer of structural steel (50x50x3 mm)
– Nautec SX-L mortar, thickness 25 mm (s.g. 1.4 kg/m²/mm)
Recommended thickness: 30 mm

after 3 days: 12.8 N/mm²
after 7 days: 15.7 N/mm²

Pressure strength: 40 N/mm2 (27 days)

after 27 days: 5.9 N/mm²
